Well, isn't that strange?
I could have sworn I posted this yesterday, for Father's Day, but it's not showing up. Hmm. Anyway, happy Father's Day to all fathers out there -- and to the moms who deal with them. This is an old silly song, possibly by Sammy Cahn, which I first became acquainted with in a rendition by Groucho Marx on his 1972 album An Evening With Groucho. I can't verify who wrote this song because my landlord stole it from me back in 1982, along with a Monty Python album. This is a quick and dirty arrangement of a this fun little song. Enjoy. David |
