Hi Mark, Just being my usual

Hi Mark,
Just being my usual "missed something" self here - can I use this patch to go straight from 2.0 to 2.2 (as the text at
www.notation.com/ComposerUpdate.htm says)? Or do I need a patch to do 2.0->2.1 first? The actual binary clearly named 2.1-2.2 so I'm not sure.
