Control Panel / System / Hardware / Device Manager / View menu / Resources by Connection / see listing of devices by IRQ / right-lick device / then...
(1) Properties / Resouurces to change IRQ
-- OR --
(2) Disable (if you want to try disabling a conflicting IRQ)
