Thanks for the compliment. Good to make contact with a human being - - hits are impersonal and give no idea of who’s out there and what they’re getting out of the post. I first got turned on to this kind of music when I heard Professor Longhair’s “Tipitina” on his “Rock n Roll Gumbo” CD - - an explosion of musical lights and bells and whistles inside my head.
Must admit I am a bit puzzled -- from the number of hits there seems to be a large untapped market for note-for-note transcriptions of certain piano pieces, be they accompaniments, solos, whatever... Do you transcribe that kind of stuff? Peter |
