As my subconscious mind mulled over my earlier response, I recalled that when I installed the driver, there was an installation choice of Midi or USB, so if you can't get the midi to work, and are able to try USB, you will probably have to reinstall the driver on your PC to select USB.

By the way, I'm 74. We "old" folks have to stick together.
