I play old-time and fiddletunes that generally have A and B sections, each with 8 measures and a repeat. Is there any way to program this to display exactly 8 measures per line? Or any way to manually insert a "return" so that, for example, measure #9 will begin on the second line?

Hi Georgette,
Short answer is yes - you'll find those tools in the Layout tab and in Staff Symbols. There is a tutorial video on Formatting that you should find helpful (rather than me typing it all out ). You can find that here on the forum at http://www.notation.com/vb-forum/showthread.php?t=3725Enjoy ![]() Sherry
